Calibre Audio is a UK-based charity providing an audiobook lending service to anyone with a print disability. Last year in celebration of their 50th year they launched their 'Inclusive Voices' short story competition which is being rolled out again this year.
Inclusive Voices is free to enter and open to all ages with the only criteria being the entry must be 550 words or less and mention ABC – Audio, Braille and/or community as part of the story or poem. Submissions can be in written, audio or video format and the competition runs from now until 5th September. Full details with terms and conditions and how to enter can be found on Calibre's website here: https://www.calibreaudio.org.uk/news/inclusive-voices.
Entries will be judged by a panel of expert writers and there will be prizes for winners in each category including an Echo Dot for first prize winners.
