Our activity groups include both activities to exercise your brain (craft groups, book clubs) to activities to that help you with your fitness (Bowls, Walking Groups, Tai Chi and Tandem Cycling)
Where ever possible we try and offer volunteer transport to activities (within the local area) so there are no barriers to accessing them.
