Tai Chi Sessions
Tai Chi Sessions run fortnightly on Thursday afternoon (2.30pm to 4.30pm) at Medbourne Pavilion. The sessions are lead by Haidee our Tai Chi Teacher who has many years’ experience teaching Tai Chi, and has worked with visually impaired members for several years. The aims and outcomes of the sessions are to improve balance by strengthening and maintaining the mobility of joints. Students can sit, or stand and keep a chair nearby if needed.
